Most of our drive-thrus are operated from mobile coffee vans, but our latest edition, The Coffee Guy Kiosk, adds another option. Our first Kiosk was established on Auckland’s Tamaki Drive and we currently have The Coffee Guy New Plymouth kiosk operating.

We started our first mobile coffee van franchise in january 2006, growing to a large network of 33 mobile coffee vans and 1 kiosk across New Zealand.

Our process

Joining the coffee guy is super simple.

Here’s how it works:

Step 1 : Complete the enquiry form and we’ll email you back with out brochure and further details.

Step 2 : Review the opportunity and if it is of interest let us know.

Step 3 : We meet you to discuss the business and provide more detailed information such as our Disclosure Document. You’ll also have the opportunity to hit the road with a franchise to see the system in action.

Step 4 : Together we decide on a start date and territory. You then fill in our application form and return with all the necessary paper work  after you have had legal and financial advice.

Step 5 : We then have a formal interview at our office processing your application.

Step 6: Once we have conditionally approved your application we will courier a Franchise Agreement for review by your solicitor. Providing you have approval from your solicitor to sign the Franchise Agreement we will then complete the process.

Step 7: You complete barista and operations training at our office in Auckland. We also provide hands-on operational training during the week to help establish your business, including securing clients, providing our various services and operational procedures.
