Provide freshly-made espresso coffee for your event guests. We can charge a fee in exchange for coffee ‘credits’ for an agreed period of time that we’ll be exclusively present at your event. Perfect for corporate functions, weddings and parties.

For large public events we can give your organization a pre-agreed percentage of our takings at your event. This is our way of thanking you for inviting us, as well as giving back to our community. This option is perfect for school galas, festivals and sporting fixtures.

To contribute to the costs of holding an event, many organizers require a stallholder fee to be paid by vendors attending. The Coffee Guy attends numerous of these kinds of events around the country – but we’ve got room for plenty more!
